RAVINIA NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION Presents: An Update on the Ravinia District

Update as follows:

• 592 Roger Williams (site long empty across from Walgreens, same side)

• An animal clinic has passed review by the Plan & Design Commission and is now in the hands of the City Council

• Just daily service. No dog walking, kenneling, overnight stays, etc.

• At this point, using just a portion of the space

• Highland Park Neighbors magazine will be doing a cover story on the RNA for their December 2025 issue

• In addition to that, if we have any important activity or event that needs timely coverage, we can submit an article w/ photos and they'll look to include it in the next issue

• This offer includes the Ravinia Farmers Market

• Deadline is the 15th of the month for inclusion in the next month's issue.

• I'm now in touch with the management team for the Community Restaurant Group (https://crgeats.com/) about their project at 565 Roger Williams. 

• I'll be on a video conference with them the first week in March; also, I'll have an in-person meeting with their partner/counsel, David W. Silver, shortly after that. He lives in Northbrook while the others are scattered across the country

• Just heard from Fluffy Bunny as follows:

• We’re already in the process of construction, planning to open in April. I really hope that we will open on April 1st. Our coffee shop’s name is Fluffy Bunny.

• The hours of operation will be from 7 am to 4 pm 7 days a week.
